... But exercise makes agreater contribution to a person health it is important that of all people ages should exercise at least two hours a day.
What we should eat
Salmon has fat, but a good fat.
People should have a hot drink, like hot tea after eating.
Body size We all have different body size. Smaller people such as women, are generally smaller than men. Women should eat less, for example, at restaurant men and women are presented equal. Quantities of food, inviting women to eat the same amount as men, even though they are physically smaller.
The best food for a body
The best food for me is chicken breast without the skin. Fish is low in fat, and has nutrition.
Red meat Red meat is one of the biggest problem for the human body, because red meat doesn't move quickly in the body, it just sits in the stomach.
Women must eat less then men
Alternative restaurants could be requested to serve, less food to women this, might violate some law for equal right.
The idea is to stay healthy
The goal is stay active therefore exercise, and eat light foods heavy makes you feel sleepy.
After work After work people normally eat, but we should shower and exercise after work and then eat. If you eat before you can't move around, and you are feeling tired.and you just want to watch T.V. and sleep.
If you believe in your work, you can make anyone believe in exercise.
The reason we fight is for survival, we fight to live we stay in shape to keep healthy, to be healthy is to live a long life to it's fullest!
If you don't exercise, you don't love life.
The key in life is to make the most amount of money the least amount of time, that way you have the most amount of time for activists and feel free from stress.
